In the professional sphere, Santiago is an executive with extensive experience in international corporate and entrepreneurial environments, having worked in ICT companies, Business Process Outsourcing, and consulting. His main areas of expertise include general management, business development, corporate management, and leading recovery and change processes, combined with a focus on emotional and experience management.
He is currently a Senior Managing Partner at UMA Partners and an entrepreneur with the Tech Industries 4.0 SL project. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board at ServiVip.
Academically, Santiago holds a PhD in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an MBA from London Business School.
