In his professional career, he has held the roles of Managing Director and Director of Marketing and Sales in major companies within the distribution and furniture sectors. Currently, he is a lecturer, consultant, and Director of Ventury. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Roig Cerámica Group and Europa Muebles Group, as well as Director of Marketing and Sales at Electrolux, Idea Electrodomésticos, and Ferroli Group.
In the academic field, Mr. Palencia collaborates as a lecturer in Marketing, Strategy, and Economics at numerous universities and business schools, both in Spain and abroad.
