PhD in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and Master in European Political Studies by the College of Europe in Bruges. Accredited by ANECA, his main research portfolio focuses on international relations, global governance, geopolitics, diplomacy and international economic management. He participated in some research projects (such as EU-CONSENT, EurAgencias, Global CODES and the Chair in World Studies).
Moreover, he worked at CEI-International affairs, a Diplomatic school in Barcelona, for three years and was a senior political advisor, and a Project Manager in two EU-funded projects on Euro Mediterranean relations. He has lectured in Belgium, the United Kingdom and Turkey
