In addition, she serves as the director of a digital television channel, with the aim of making female entrepreneurship visible and contributing to the empowerment of women in the business world. Her work as an advisor and consultant focuses mainly on the internationalization of companies, helping organizations expand into global markets. She is also a certified coach, specializing in professional and personal development, guiding individuals and teams toward growth and success. Throughout her career, she has combined her academic and business experience, offering a comprehensive and practical approach in each of her projects.
She is a lawyer from the National University of Trujillo, holds a PhD in International Relations from the Complutense University of Madrid, and a PhD in Political Science and Government from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Her academic career has been characterized by solid training and active participation in the field of research. She has been a lecturer at prestigious institutions such as ESAN University, San Ignacio de Loyola University (USIL), and the International University of La Rioja (UNIR), sharing her expertise in international relations and political science. Her research work has focused on regional integration, especially in the context of the Andean Community of Nations and its relationship with the European Union. Her doctoral thesis has been recognized for its contribution to the study of regionalism and globalization. Recently, she has published a book titled: Paradiplomacy in Peru: challenges for the regional governments of Arequipa, Cusco, and La Libertad. In addition, she has contributed to specialized publications and participated in international conferences, establishing herself as a reference in her field.
