Arbitrator and consultant. His general area of expertise is Spanish and international domestic commercial law. Specifically, his interests include antitrust law and international commercial arbitration. He has more than ten years of experience in these fields. He has served as Global Dean of Faculty at Schiller International University and as Director of the Department of Legal and Political Sciences at Universidad Europea de Madrid.
Accredited Associate Professor by ANECA. Former grantee of AECID and Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. He has undertaken postgraduate studies and research stays at Harvard, Maastricht, and Chicago. He has authored more than 50 publications in SJR journals as well as in legal impact journals and books. He has participated as a speaker and presenter at over 30 conferences (Spain, Colombia, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, the Netherlands, and the United States).
