I am one of those who think that learning is continuous, you always learn from everything and everyone. But learning must be practical and experiential for it to last. And that’s why I love my work at TraiCo; because we develop learning through Gamification and we accompany our clients in the evolutionary process that reaching a challenge requires, providing solutions in terms of skills, changing habits, reinforcing leadership and teamwork, reformulating processes or fostering creativity and innovation.
Over the years, I have acquired experience in Sales & Marketing, Retail and General Management in several companies. I have experience in the multinational FMCG sector, but also in optics, food retail, 12 years in the education sector and 9 years in Consultancy and Training.
Graduated from the Università degli Studi di Milano and MBA from ESADE.
Co-founder of TRAICO Projects, and Director of Traico Education Projects.
