He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Deusto (Bilbao) and holds a PhD in Law with Extraordinary Prize from the Faculty of Law of the Complutense University of Madrid.
He currently works as a Senior Litigation Lawyer at Corporate-Defense Law Firm in Madrid (Criminal Law).
In his career he has been, among others: Prosecutor assigned to the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Madrid, Senior Litigating Lawyer at Boye & Elbal Law Firm in Madrid (Criminal Law), has extensive experience as a lecturer at various universities and author of several publications.
