Human Resources
Rosa Maria is an outstanding professional with a solid career in Human Resources and academic training. She currently serves as Human Resources Director at an international NGO and is an associate professor at the Complutense University of Madrid, where she teaches “Strategic Management” and supervises Bachelor’s Thesis projects (TFG) in the area of Human Resources.
Throughout her career, she has held key roles such as Head of Development, Training, and Recruitment in various sectors, including the Third Sector, consulting, healthcare, retail, and hospitality. She has also worked as a Delivery Manager at Oracle University, Senior Trainer at the Corporate University, and trainer in managerial skills for multiple companies, consolidating versatile and multidisciplinary experience.
Academically, she holds a degree in Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources and has a solid complementary education. She completed a Master’s in People Management and Development, an Advanced Program in Human Resources, and specialized in Team Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming as a Master Practitioner. Additionally, she is certified as an Accredited Coach by the ICF through the Success Unlimited Network (SUN) program, reflecting her commitment to the comprehensive development of people and teams in organizational environments.
