He works as Director of Customer Experience and Business Unit at Servitelco, and as Director of Executive Programmes (Digital Transformation and Innovation Expert) at Financial Times | IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance.
Nicolás is MSc. Telecommunications University of Seville. Seville (Spain) and studied an International MBA at IE Business School. In addition, he obtained the title of AI Expert for Business at MBIT School.
